I am all but counting the days until Wanted hits theaters on June 27th because although I rarely see movies in theaters, this is one I definitely want to see on the big screen with the surround sound and the nachos combo. I mean really, can you imagine how exciting this scene with Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy in the car will be on a huge widesecreen in a dark theater?

I think one of my favorite parts of that trailer is when James McAvoy is totally freaking out in the car and Angelina calmly hollers, “Please be quiet!”

Wanted going to be a great blockbuster summer movie. I remember reading that Angie said she chose to do the movie because she was grieving for her mother so much and that she needed something mindless to force her out of bed in the morning. Looking at the trailer and I can see how filming something like this would be perfect to get your mind off of painful things.

And we all know Angelina Jolie makes one fantastic assassin.

I can’t wait to see it!

Here’s something to put all our questions to rest - clearly Angelina Jolie has not yet given birth to the twins. Why? Because on Sunday, Brad Pitt took Maddox Jolie-Pitt to Italy for the MotoGP Italian motorcycle Grand Prix.

It’s great to see Brad sharing one of his obvious passions in life with his oldest son.

It seems like both Brad and Angelina are trying to have some special quiet time (or as quiet as it can be at the Grand Prix - they wore earplugs for protection) with the four kids before the two babies arrive.

There’s a fantastic interview with Angelina Jolie in the upcoming Vanity Fair magazine. I’m not crazy about the picture on the cover because they really overdid it on her - when you’re as beautiful as she is you don’t need a ton of makeup and voluminous hair. Angie has always said that she just puts a nude gloss on her lips because they stand out on their own, so it’s a bit startling to see her in red lipstick. Check it out.

In the meantime, here is the teaser for the full interview which we’ll be able to read when the issue hits newsstands:

Angelina Jolie on being pregnant:
“I love it. It makes me feel like a woman. It makes me feel that all the things about my body are suddenly there for a reason. It makes you feel round and supple, and to have a little life inside you is amazing. Also, I’m fortunate. I think some women have a different experience depend-ing on their partner. I think that affects it. I happen to be with somebody who finds pregnancy very sexy. So that makes me feel very sexy.”

Angelina Jolie on her international family:
“When I was growing up I wanted to adopt, because I was aware there were kids that didn’t have parents. It’s not a humanitarian thing, because I don’t see it as a sacrifice. It’s a gift. We’re all lucky to have each other. I look at Shiloh—because, obviously, physically, she is the one that looks like Brad and I when we were little—and say, ‘If these were our brothers and sisters, how much would we have known by the time we were six that it took into our 30s and 40s to figure out?’ I suppose I’m giving them the childhood I always wished I had.”

Angelina Jolie on Shiloh’s birth:
“We were in this little hospital in Africa when Shi was born. I don’t think there was anybody else in the hospital. It was just a little cottage, the three of us. It ended up being the greatest thing…. I had a C-section and I found it fascinating. I didn’t find it a sacrifice and I didn’t find it a painful experience. I found it a fascinating miracle of what a body can do.”

Angelina Jolie on nannies:
“We don’t ever have anybody spend the night. We may have to adjust that when the next one comes. But we do have ladies that work with us, and they’re also from different cultures and back-grounds. One lady’s a Vietnamese teacher—wonderful. One is of Congolese descent from Bel-gium. Another is from the States and is really creative and does art programs.”

Angelina Jolie on artists as parents:
“Artists raise their kids differently,” she said. “We communicate to the point where we probably annoy our children. We have art around the house, we have books, we go to plays, we talk. Our focus is art and painting and dress-up and singing. It’s what we love. So I think you can see how artists in some way raise other artists.”

I love that she’s enjoying pregnancy since she once thought it was not something she would ever do. What a great change in her life. I guess when you meet the right person, your choices can shift.

The issue is for July and will be out next week.

People magazine has put the damper on the birth story rumors. Angelina Jolie’s rep has denied that Angie has given birth to her twins.

According to the rep:

“Angelina has not given birth. She is fine, enjoying her home and her family in France.”

As some of us speculated, it’s most likely that Brad and Angelina have moved into their new home and are just enjoying some peace and quiet with their current four children, getting to know their property, and relaxing. With the layout of the property sources have said it’s pretty well impossible to get photos of them at home so they finally get a bit of privacy in the final weeks of being a family of six.

Oh! I’m so excited! The movie trailer for Burn After Reading has been released - check it out!

It looks hilarious and just as wonderful as all Cohen Brothers movies. Also, Brad Pitt looks like he plays a total dork, which I absolutely love. I had a good laugh over his crazy dancing and the treadmill scene.

And what a cast in this movie! I can not way to see it!

Several French media sources are reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have already welcomed their new twins to the world. Allegedly, Angelina gave birth at the Catholic clinic in France’s Aix-en-Provence on Sunday, May 25.

At this time no proper reps have confirmed the story, but they haven’t denied it yet either. However, it’s not just tabloids saying the twins have arrived.

We’ll know more soon, I’m sure - we’ll either see photos of them out and about and see it’s not true or we’ll get full confirmation that they did indeed have their twins.

I’m all excited at the thought that the Jolie-Pitt twins could already be here!

I know better than to put faith in tabloids - whether they’re in print or online - but due to a lack of other actual news since the Jolie-Pitt family is finally enjoying some privacy after their whirlwind time at Cannes, let’s talk about the newest rumor.

According to X17 Online, the latest is that we haven’t seen the couple lately because Angelina Jolie is currently on bedrest. The site states that Angie is due to give birth to the Jolie-Pitt twins next month and that she has been told to take it easy for the remaining weeks.

Again, let’s be clear - X17, while entertaining and while having great photos, is a tabloid and they never actually name any sources, so it’s quite likely that Brad, Angelina, and the kids are just enjoying a little bit of peace in their new French home, kicking up their feet by the pool and getting in some final time with just the six of them before the two new arrivals are born. Tabloids like to fill lulls in celebrity lives with dramatic stories so it’s very possible that they completely pulled this one out of thin air.

That being said, it’s not entirely impossible. While Angelina seemed in great spirits at Cannes for both films and didn’t seem uncomfortable (and she also said it’s not like it was hard work to sit around, answer questions, and wave at people), it’s not uncommon for women who are pregnant with twins to be on bedrest near the end of their pregnancy. Since we don’t have any solid confirmation of a due date we can assume that MAYBE Angelina is due in June and MAYBE she could be on bedrest, or at least a modified version of it - in other words, maybe not restricted to bed, literally, but that she needs to take it easy and not do anything even remotely strenuous.

Also, I have to say, with all the other crap rumors that people make up about Brad and Angelina, at least this one isn’t malicious or mean-spirited.

I do hope that she’s not on bedrest. I had to spend two days in the hospital about a month before my first daughter was born and my lord was it ever BORING. Angelina Jolie is such a free spirit, constantly doing things and taking care of everything that I can’t imagine her just lying around reading and watching television without eventually going stir crazy.

Hopefully we’ll hear some real, solid news soon and know what’s really going on with our favorite celebrity family!

Since presumably Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are busy moving into their new South of France home, we haven’t seen anything from them in a few days. Allegedly there’s a video showing a ton of paparazzi hanging around outside the chateau, but I haven’t actually seen that video myself. I’m hoping it’s true that they won’t be able to get any photos of them while they’re on their actual property because it would be nice to know they’re getting some privacy out in the yard.

A video I did find was this one showing Brad and Angelina’s journey towards each other. It’s very nicely done, check it out!

I’ve always believed that every failed relationship is just practice for the one that works. It looks like that’s the case for Brad and Angelina too.
