Amy Winehouse recently underwent a prolonged hospital stay.  Reports from the U.K. Sun had Amy coughing up blood and fainting.  However, more recent and supposed more accurate reports say she had a simple chest infection.

So there you have it people - she’s not dying of some life threatening illness like TB - she’s just what I’ve thought all along, just EFFed UP in the head.

Now I wonder where I should send my bill?

Singer Charlotte Church and her rugby player boyfriend, Gavin Henson are expecting their second child, the couple have announced on her Web site.

“Here we go again!!!”  Is the title of Church’s recent blog post which follows the one posted last September welcoming their daughter, Ruby Megan Henson. The couple is “delighted to announce that they are expecting another baby.”

I sure hope Camila is using Matthew’s credit card on this shopping excursion.  I used to LOVE hunky Matt!  But he’s sure not winning points with me taking off and partying like that with the baby being so close to making it’s grand entrance.

Matthew McConaughey is celebrating impending fatherhood far from pregnant girlfriend Camila Alves, who’s due to give birth next month.

According to reports, the actor “had to be helped out of a Nicaraguan bar the other night after dancing with an assortment of babes.”

McConaughey, 38, was seen “resting in a ditch” before “screaming in broken Spanish” to patrons at the Iguana bar in San Juan Del Sur that he’d lost one of his flip-flops, according to the report.

He also tried to kiss a woman who attempted to photograph him, the Daily News claims.

The carefree hunk responded via an email to the paper: “Drunk? Absolutely. Nicaragua is a beautiful place, epic waves, the best surfing I have ever been on. And yes, I’m STILL looking for my left flip-flop. So if anyone finds it floating around down there (it has 6:22 stitched into the side), please send it my way. There is a reward.”

Joining a crowd filled with major stars such as Jack Nicholson, Sean Combs, Sly Stallone, Paula Abdul, Dylan & Cole Sprouse, Larry King, Pat O’Brien, Robert Downey Jr., David Spade, Tobey Maguire at the Staples Center on Sunday night, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden showed up to cheer the Los Angeles Lakers to a Game 5 win over the Boston Celtics. Besides checking out the local sports scene, the former Simple Life star and her Good Charlotte rocker honey have been entangled in recent wedding rumors that the little Mr. recently spoke up about.

Madden, 30, posted a prank message on his blog, which read:

“WE DID IT!! NICOLE AND I FINALLY GOT MARRIED!! Click here for pictures!!”

Of course he was spoofing a false report from Star magazine *gasp*, which claimed that he was planning a $2 million wedding, Joel continued:

“HAHA. JUST KIDDING. So I feel really stupid even posting this, but I’ve been getting calls and texts from my family all week asking me why they weren’t invited to my wedding.” “I guess the only answer I could give them was that I didn’t know we were having one!” he added. “So I just found that Star magazine wrote some story about a 2 MILLION dollar wedding we are supposed to be having, and that’s where it came from. Sooooo if you were pi–ed at me for not inviting you or even telling you, don’t blame me, there’s nothing to worry about,” Madden wrote. “It’s just Star magazine. How long do you think it will be before they write we called it off, or we broke up? I give them a week or two…….”

I have to admit, this is one couple I believe has staying power in Hollywood - with or without that thing called ‘marriage.’  I absolutely adore them!

It must really be the year for baby girls!  Jessica Alba, Tori Spelling and with Brangelina looking forward to twin girls, can Hollywood stand it?

Tori Spelling has given birth to her second child with actor husband Dean McDermott. The 35-year-old actress welcomed a baby girl into the world at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Monday, June 9th - calling her first daughter Stella Doreen McDermott.

The pair already have one-year-old Liam Aaron.

McDermott has a nine-year-old son Jack from a previous marriage. And the star was ecstatic to have a daughter, telling People.com, “I’ve always wanted a little girl since I’m such a girly girly. “I immediately started crying. I couldn’t believe it. I have my beautiful little boy and now I’ll have my little girl! It’s amazing.”

Angelina Jolie’s pregnancy has apparently given she and her partner, Brad Pitt, a hefty boost in the sex department.  Jolie claims her “round and full” figure has given her a real lust for life.

In a personal interview with Entertainment Weekly magazine, Jolie reveals, “It’s (pregnancy) great for the sex life. It just makes you a lot more creative, so you have fun.”

Jolie openly admits she’s got the perfect partner and commented that Pitt is such a considerate father and boyfriend.

She goes on to share the system they have worked out to prevent her from placing any undo stress on her during this critical phase in her pregnancy.

The actress is due to give birth later this summer in France.

Jessica Alba has welcomed a baby girl into the world at 3:44 AM, becoming a first-time parent with her husband Cash Warren. The Hollywood couple are celebrating the birth of a baby girl, who was born on Sunday, June 8, at Los Angeles’ Cedars Sinai Medical Center, according to America’s Us Weekly. The couple have named their bouncing baby girl Hope Marie Warren. The Sin City beauty married beau Cash Warren last month in a secret ceremony, failing to invite even close friends and family.

The pair met in 2004 on the set of blockbuster The Fantastic Four. Alba and Warren recently moved into a $4 million mansion in L.A. in preparation of their first child, and Alba admits it is set to be a busy year. She says, “It’s a lot of stress to buy a house, have a baby and get married in six months,” she recently told USA Weekend. “It’s a lot of life-changing decisions. I’m really, really secure.”

Congratulations to the new parents!  I for one can’t wait to see the first photos of little Hope.  I bet she’s absolutely beautiful.

The “Hills” couple could not hide their excitement at being photographed by Martin who has shot all the Hollywood big names including Jack Nicolson and Angelina Jolie.

It was Déjà Vu for Paris Hilton and Benji Madden as they took in the Vegas nightlife for the second night in a row.  According to sources, the couple stepped out in celebration of Allison Melnick’s birthday on Saturday night (June 7).

Joining the Hollywood Socialite and her Good Charlotte rocker boyfriend at Tao nightclub were Paris’ sister Nicky Hilton and her beau David Katzenberg - with the group mixing it up with a little drinking, dancing and socializing.

It kind of looks to me like little Miss Paris might have had a wee bit much to drink and Benji is being the supporting beau by holding her up.

I’ve read lots of rumors that Paris Hilton is wanting a baby, just like her former BFF Nicole Richie - what better way to get one then to get drunk and screw in Vegas? 

Works for loads of other people!
